| Banco de la Nacion | The Banco de la Nacion (BN), Bank of the Nation, is a state financial institution belonging to the Peruvian Ministry of Economy and Finance. Next to other functions, here all administration charges and processing fees levied by government agencies, public authorities and entities in Peru have to be paid. While for years these payments - which include for example payments to Migraciones, Reniec, PNP, Indecopi, … - could only be made in person at one of the numerous Banco de la Nacion branches in Lima and the provinces, today Peruvians and foreigners can additionally either use many Banco de la Nacion ATMs or the pagalo.pe online payment system which allows to pay from a computer or mobile device with any Visa, Master or American Express debit or credit card as well as with the Peruvian Billetera Movil. In our article “Paying administration charges and processing fees in Peru” we explain in detail how it works. |
